How do I make a purchase?

Please click on the ‘BOUTIQUE’ tab which will take you to our online shop. Once you have found what you are looking for, select quantity and click the ‘ADD TO CART’ button. You can review your selected item clicking ‘YOUR BASKET’ in the top right corner of the page. You can remove items from your shopping bag at any time during your visit. Once you have decided what you would like to purchase, click on the ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No. In order to place an order you will only need to provide your personal details including name, shipping, billing and e-mail addresses.

How do I contact Customer Services?

You can contact us at [email protected] We will aim to respond to your query within 24 hours of receipt.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discovery and also payments via Paypal.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

At Silk Philosophy your personal online security is of the utmost importance to us.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! All our silk bracelets ship internationally for free (exclusions apply).

Will I have to pay additional duties or taxes?

If your destination is outside the US, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; therefore payment may be required for customs to release your order. We recommend that you investigate potential charges before placing your order.

How long does a delivery take and cost?

All domestic orders are shipped from NYC and may take up to 5 days to arrive (some exclusions apply). All international orders are also shipped from NYC. International deliveries vary and take approx. 10-21 days.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order will be delivered to you in unmarked protective packaging with a special Silk Philosophy gift box. You also have the option of adding a personalized gift message at the checkout.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We are happy to exchange the items that are flawed or you no longer want. Just drop us a line and we will be happy to assist. We take great pride in our designs and high fabric quality. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will be fully refunded, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days upon receipt, provided you contact us about your intention within these 14 days, and the item has not been worn or damaged and is returned in the original packaging. If the original packaging was damaged or you do not have it anymore, please provide a suitable packaging for adequate protection against damage in transit. You will pay the return shipping cost. Silk Philosophy does not take responsibility for lost/damaged packages that are shipped back to us.The cost of the return shipping is non-refundable. Items cannot be refunded in the event of exceeding the 14 day return policy.

Reclamation rights

If you receive a damaged product, the product is lost on the way, or the product has any mistake which is our fault, we have the right to choose if we want to repair, replace or refund the product. Only if repairing or replacing the item fails twice you have the specific right for a refund.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order placed at Silkphilosophy.com please return the confirmation email to us, stating your wish to cancel the order by email: [email protected].We are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched, and therefore request that you follow the return instructions.
