Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to provide free standard shipping worldwide, unless otherwise noted or agreed upon. Orders qualifying for free shipping will be processed within 1-3 business days, depending upon product availability and shipped via USPS domestically or standard shipping services worldwide. Date of arrival to the destination country can never be guaranteed, thus, for rush orders, please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to expedite the package.
We take great pride in our designs and high fabric quality. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to process an exchange or accept the return, provided you contact us within 14 days of the receipt of you purchase. Please email us at [email protected] with “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” in the subject line and include your order number and the reason for return. The item that you are returning should not be worn or damaged and should be returned in its original packaging. If the original packaging was damaged or you do not have it anymore, please provide a suitable packaging for adequate protection against damage in transit. Upon receipt of your package, we will process the refund, which takes approximately 7-10 business days. You have to pay the return shipping cost. We do not take responsibility for lost/damaged packages that are shipped back to us. The cost of the return shipping is non-refundable. Items cannot be refunded in the event of exceeding the 14-day return policy.
