Refund policy

At Silk Philosophy, we take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship, materials, and designs. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges, provided that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@silkphilosophy.com with "RETURN" or "EXCHANGE" in the subject line. Kindly include your order number and a brief reason for the request.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by their original packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available or has been damaged, please ensure the item is securely packaged to protect it during transit.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Silk Philosophy cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged while being returned to us.

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Returns requested after the 14-day return period may not be accepted.

Please note that personalized, custom-made, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
