International Shipping

Silk Philosophy proudly ships worldwide.

International standard shipping typically arrives within 10–21 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by country.

Expedited international shipping options are available for select destinations and may be selected during checkout.

Complimentary Shipping

Complimentary standard shipping is available to select destinations on qualifying orders of $96 USD or more. Some exclusions may apply, and complimentary shipping promotions are not valid on sale items unless otherwise stated.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

All shipments are insured for your peace of mind.

If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@silkphilosophy.com as soon as possible. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation and determine eligibility for a replacement or refund in accordance with the carrier's insurance policies and delivery records.
